Shipping Policy
We’re a small team still building out our shipping process, so thanks for your patience as we refine it.
1. Where We Ship From
Orders are currently shipped from the United Kingdom.
In the future, some shipments may also be fulfilled from Australia as we expand operations.
2. Dispatch Time
Magazines are typically dispatched a few days after purchase or once pre-orders are ready to go.
Because each issue is handled and packed manually, delivery times may vary depending on order volume and location.
3. Delivery
Once your order has been handed to the postal carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
If you’re ordering internationally, your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes — these are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking
We’re still setting up a proper tracking system.
For now, most orders ship via standard post.
5. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email parker@creatorstrove.com
within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t available.
