Returns & Refund Policy

We take great care in producing and packaging every issue of Creators Trove. Because each order is printed and shipped with care, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or accidental orders.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email parker@creatorstrove.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Once reviewed, we’ll either send a replacement copy or, if that’s not possible, issue a refund to your original payment method. You don’t need to return the damaged item unless we ask you to.

Digital editions are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
